So, my husband is currently in West Virginia. Waiting out a ice storm. But, he has online (bless the hotel's internet access) and uploaded some pictures. Based on these, the states of North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio are beautiful during the wintertime.
